Service is about more than speaking the customer's language. Baardse believes in providing the best possible service by shortening the supply chain and expertly reconciling supply with demand. This requires intimate knowledge of the product and of the client's market. Short lines to our suppliers as well as our customers. Cutting the chain by bringing the buyer into direct contact with the grower, and by making the grower aware of what is happening in the market. Our buyers are specialists in specific product groups and know our clients, their needs and wishes. Thanks to the huge volumes we buy at auction and directly from growers in all the world's producing regions every day, we are able to respond extremely flexibly to our clients' wishes. Specific requirements in packaging, labelling or other aspects of added value? No problem – almost anything is possible!

The international ornamental plants trade is a transparent one. We believe in openness and give our customers access to our organisation. They can join us on visits to growers or auctions, and can see how we formulate prices. We jointly develop workshops and training courses to pass on knowledge to the customer's customer. We visit them to learn about their market. Together we devise sales concept and compile product presentations. This synergy of market and product knowledge optimises opportunities and prospects. That is what we mean by partnership.
