Baardse has approximately 75 employees working at Betula in de Kwakel.
Baardse is an internationally oriented company: we supply almost exclusively to customers abroad. Our sales division is the living proof of this international character; salespeople from a whole range of nationalities can deal with customers in their own language, although the official language at Baardse is Dutch.

Baardse is a large organisation, which means that there are plenty of career opportunities for staff. We encourage staff to develop their potential by offering them education and training courses.
